We believe a fantastic living experience starts with great roommates. We have an application and an interview process with every single candidate making Calli an exclusive community. Calli is for those who want more than just a place to live, we're all about finding people who are excited to be great roommates and members of a big international family.

We include all utilities (gas, electricity, water)! Also we provide you with bedding when you move in, Wifi, help with the cleaning in common areas, basic supplies like dish soap, hand soap and toilet paper.

You will have your own online resident center portal where you can submit your payments. The portal will allow you to make your payment with bank transfer or card

No need to worry about maintenance! Just submit your request also through your resident portal, and we'll take care of it. Our dedicated Calli team is here to handle any issues that come up.
